To the attention of the participants of the FEA. On October 6, 2026, the Economic Partnership Agreement between the EAEU countries and the United Arab Emirates entered into force

The Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its Member States, of the one part, and United Arab Emirates, of the other part signed on June 27, 2025, entered into force on October 6, 2026.

For the purposes of implementing paragraph 2 of Article 4.4 of the Agreement, the inquiry point to address inquiries from interested persons pertaining to customs matters in the Republic of Belarus is the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
