"Despite the difficulties that neighboring countries create on the border, we continue to work consistently to improve the border crossing process. The Brest checkpoint is the busiest route towards the European Union. The project implemented here is aimed at improving the comfort, safety and speed of border crossing. The waiting conditions for passengers of regular buses to travel to the neighboring country will definitely improve, queues of which towards Poland are quite common," said Vladimir Orlovsky.
The site is fully equipped - there are charging stations for electric vehicles, technical facilities, automatic recognition of registration plates, roadside service facilities, sanitary units, places reserved for recreation. There are 17 electronic displays in the general accessibility, duplicating the vehicle call at the border crossing checkpoint.
