Homel Customs operatives have identified five facts of non-delivery of foreign-made goods intended for individuals to the control locations.
Customs officers stopped the movement of five vehicles belonging to a Belarusian individual entrepreneur during special events.
The car contained more than 40 thousand pieces of clothing, shoes, bags and other consumer goods in the assortment. The total cost of such goods was about 500 thousand Belarusian rubles.
It was established that when they were imported into the territory of Belarus, the mandatory condition stipulated by Presidential Decree № 297 was not fulfilled - the goods were not delivered to the control points before being transferred to individuals.
For each of the facts, Gomel Customs has initiated administrative proceedings against an individual entrepreneur under Article 13.36 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 50% of the value of the subject of an administrative offense.
