Another attempt to hide goods from control was established by customs officers. This time, the Belarusian citizen kept silent about the goods in his vehicle with a total value of over 4 thousand rubles.

He was traveling from Poland through the «Bruzgi» checkpoint in a PEUGEOT car and chose a green channel to cross the border, which confirmed the absence of goods subject to declaration.

In fact, Grodno customs officers found car parts, cosmetics, and more in the interior of the vehicle, as well as in its hollow spaces.

Concealed items and 2011 car seized pending court decision.

The Grodno regional Customs issued a resolution imposing an administrative penalty under Part 4 of Article 15.5 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus for non-declaration.

An administrative process has also been initiated against the citizen in accordance with Part 2 of Article 15.1 of the Administrative Code, which provides, among other things, for the possible confiscation of goods and car.
